To make a SHIP ASAP reservation:

• Please provide me your full contact info (shipping/billing addresses, email, phone)
• Tell me exactly what you want (item, fabric/color, size)
• Please provide me your full credit card info (number, expiry, security code)
• We'll charge the card when we prepare for production
• We'll ship as soon as we can, about 10 weeks later
• You can always change or cancel
• You'll be insulated from potential price increase

Our extremely long production cycle has made it difficult to manage order flow, and we've tried various approaches.  Mainly, here in 2025, we're ramping up production.  But still, the production cycle is typically 12-18 months.  Sorry if this is complicated.

We'll accept SHIP ASAP orders (reservations) at any time.   A SHIP ASAP order is secured by a credit card on file, but is NOT a pre-paid order until we run the card as we are actually going into production.  You'll get an automated notice that your order has been paid.   And then you'll get another automated notice in about 10 weeks that your order has shipped.  You can transmit credit card info by any means you'd like.   And of course you can cancel or change at any time.

BUT ALSO ...

About two weeks before production, we'll try to let everyone know a particular item is going into production, and the website will accept payment.   We'll then send instructions (a Cutting Ticket) to the tailors so we can, at minimum, cover all the paid orders, plus a fudge factor because people will change sizes.

If you're interested in a piece that is not in production AND not in current inventory, the website will offer a NOTIFY button.    That will get your email on the list of people to notify when we are about to go into production.   But NOTIFY is NOT a SHIP ASAP reservation.

We can always make special arrangements.

You can transmit credit/debit card info to us in a variety of ways ... phone call, text, email, WhatsApp, messenger ... You can send photos, PDF, split the information over different messages .... whatever works for you.

We will not process credit card payment until we are putting together the Cutting Ticket, but we will negotiate paper payments sooner.

Regarding actual delivery:

• If a signature is required, let us know.  We normally ship by UPS without requiring a signature, but we can use any major carrier
• Expedited shipping, including overnight, is possible but will incur extra charge
• Delayed shipping (for vacation or whatever) is no problem
